Volunteer
Want to get stuck into some purposeful mahi [work]
& connect with like-minded people in a beautiful outdoor setting?
Taiao Thursdays!
Every Thursday we host open volunteer days, welcoming people of all ages to take part in environmental care activities in a relaxed and social setting.
From potting native plants in our nursery and tending the veggie gardens, to learning how to manage invasive species in the hills, each activity supports the regeneration of the lands and waterways connected to the Whanganui River.
Your contribution also helps sustain our education programmes and kai initiatives, strengthening both community wellbeing and ecological restoration.
All welcome!
Thursdays, 9.30am - 1.00pm
